Vector format is always best. Common file extensions for vector files are AI, EPS, SVG, and some PDF files. If you don't have a vector file of your design, we can assist you in having the design redrawn into the correct format. If you are unsure if your designs are in a suitable format, we will be glad to look at them and let you know!

Lead time can vary by season but we usually operate on a 5-10 business day turnaround once the final proofs have been approved. We will always try our best to accommodate orders with a firm deadline, just be sure to let us know before placing your order.
