1. Services
New Town Graphics provides custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, online stores, graphic design, and related services.
2. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of quoting.
Orders are not considered approved for production until:
Artwork and proofs have been approved (when applicable)
Required deposits or payments have been received (if applicable)
All necessary order details have been confirmed
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, product availability, and customer approval timelines.
3. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
Approval of a proof confirms that all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, placement, and other order details are correct.
New Town Graphics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
4. Payment
Payment terms are determined at the time of order.
Late payments may delay production or shipment.
Orders remain the property of New Town Graphics until paid in full where permitted by law.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Because many products are custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred, including artwork, materials, or production.
6. Returns
Custom-decorated products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing defect or an error caused by New Town Graphics.
Any concerns should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and other materials submitted for production.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold New Town Graphics harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted artwork.
8. SMS Communications

Proof approvals
Appointment scheduling
Pickup notifications
Customer support
Message frequency varies.

9. Privacy
